Join Pottymouth Workshop at The Crafty Egg Fishponds for a hands-on pottery session. Use the medium of clay to craft your very own artisanal vase.

You'll be guided step-by-step through the process of making your own unique and personal ‘pinch pot’ vase from scratch. You don't need any previous clay experience as everything will be explained fully on the day.

What to expect:

• Use clay to craft your very own artisanal vase.

• Create a unique and personal ‘pinch pot’ vase from scratch with full instructions.

• No previous clay experience required.

• Learn the basics of hand building pottery using a pinching technique.

• Leave your vase with hosts for firing and glazing.

Your finished item will be left with your hosts who will fire and glaze your work. You will be contacted to collect your vase from your host within 4-5 weeks.

VOOKOO DJs are a dynamic crew dedicated to spreading the vibrant sounds of AfroFunk, Latin & World Grooves, Hip-Hop, Disco & more. With a passion for blending an eclectic array of feel-good rhythm-centric genres, their electrifying sets take listeners on a journey across continents and eras.

Known for their high-energy performances and infectious vibes at club nights, day parties & festival stages across the UK (most recently at Kendal Calling & Green Man), the VOOKOO Soundsystem & DJs have built a reputation as the go-to party-starters in the South West.

Monthly craft club to connect with other mums in your area, chat with like minded people, focus on yourself and unleash your creativity. Each month you will be immersed into a new creative project and at the end of the workshop you’ll have something unique to take home with you and something that you actually want to keep!

For this workshop you will learn how to stamp beautiful initial art using paints and a selection of wonderful stamps to create unique letter art for your little one. At the end of the session you will have one (or maybe more!) beautiful completed pieces of art to take home! This is a relaxed workshops and the activities are chosen specifically to adapt to mums at all level of crafting abilities, hands on 121 support by Clare will be given throughout the session. As mum to a toddler I found myself going to many mum and baby classes but everything was focused on the child so this one is especially for you mums but with a safe calm space for you baby too!

The venue is pram accessible and we welcome you with kids up to 4 years old for free and kids 5+ at a small additional charge.

MOSSFELLOW
mossfellow is the indie-folk brainchild of international touring multi-instrumentalist Samuel Fox. Known for his versatility and understanding of many genres and styles, he has performed in acclaimed venues such as BBC Maida Vale, Wales Millennium Centre and The O2 Arena.

Following his recent residency at the Gallimaufry, mossfellow presents his captivating and atmospheric works unadorned. It’s a sound is as introspective as it is expansive, drawing inspiration from artists such as Flyte, Bon Iver, and Ben Howard.

SYLVIE GREY
Grounded in earthy, indie-folk soundscapes, Sylvie Grey's debut double-track single 'Odes & Shadows' was released 12 May 2024. She wrote, arranged and recorded both tracks alone on a Tascam Porta 2 tape machine in quiet moments from her bedroom floor in Bristol. Grey’s music is ethereal yet uneasy, bold yet nostalgic & utterly timeless.
